Hot Water Make Up 800 Description The Hot Water Make Up 800 unit is a compact modular frame skid. It can provide hot water for various applications with different temperatures. The Hot Water unit consists of a water and steam regulating system with a PHE for water heating. It is completely assembled with water pumps, condensate pump, valves and all necessary piping. Application Make Up contains an internal/closed water loop, with a circulating pump and temperature regulation. The nominal capacity due to heat of the main cycle is 800,000 BTU/Hr. The working pressure of the main water loop is 20 psi. Materials Water contacting parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304/316. Options Water circulation pump is rated at 130 GPM. Integration The main cycle has a high heat capacity, so the Hot Water Unit is very flexible in use and can be customized in an optional way. Connection to various user points in a closed loop configuration, i.e.: • Jacketed tanks • Jacketed piping • Other heat exchangers
