CLEAN-IN-PLACE (CIP) UNIT-1

Clean-In-Place (CIP) Unit Description The Clean-ln-Place (CIP) system is used in the sanitation of your process piping, tanks, and equipment. It allows users to automatically control washing of equipment. The Basic Model offers flow rate options of 20, 40, 60,100 and 150 gmp. These options, properly matched to your process, will provide sufficient flow and pressure to remove residue and rinse piping thoroughly. It can be combined with many accessories for a total solution that will reduce capital cost and CIP operation times. Application Butter, margarine, mayonnaise, fine food, brewery as well as other applications. Materials Stainless-steel construction. Skid is heavy-duty box tube construction with glass bead finish & sanitary adjustable ball feet. Tank is AISI316, either single-jacketed or insulated. Options • Skid mounting • 1-2-3-4 tank system • 1-4 CIP lines integrated with multiple circuits Integration Skid CIP systems are pre-wired, fully assembled, functionally tested and ready for hook-up so you have less down time. It is installed quickly, with minimal disruption to your facility.
