The DMU machine range: compact, economical, universal single header machines for the production of all kinds of brushware. DMU-1 has 1 clamp, holding 1 brush and working with sequential drilling and filling. DMU-2 has 2 clamps, holding 2 brushes and working with simultaneous drilling and filling. 5-axis CNC control with AC servomotors on all movements. CNC control system with simple touch-screen interface, precise error-messages. Very high speed: up to 600 tufts per minute. Very universal: brooms up to 600 mm in one operation, up to 1000 mm in 2 operations, and tank cleaning brushes possible in 1 operation (DMU-1).
