The THR161 and TSR161 load cells are designed for tension and compression applications with capacities ranging from 0.5 to 50 tons. They have a rated output of 2.0±1% mV/V and a zero balance of ±1% F.S. Key performance metrics include non-linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability all at 0.02% F.S., and a creep of 0.02% F.S. over 30 minutes. Temperature effects on output and zero are 0.002% F.S./10℃. The input impedance is 780±20Ω, and the output impedance is 700±10Ω. The load cells have an insulation resistance of ≥5000MΩ/100VDC and are recommended to be used with an excitation voltage of 5~15V, with a maximum of 20V. They operate within a temperature range of -10 to 70℃ and have a safe overload capacity of 150% F.S. and an ultimate overload capacity of 300% F.S. The cable size is φ5×6000mm, and they are rated IP67 for ingress protection.
These pancake-type load cells are made from alloy or stainless steel and are suitable for both tension and compression applications. They are primarily used in testing machines, truck scales, hopper scales, and industrial measuring systems. Custom capacities can be provided upon request.
The wiring for the load cells is as follows: EXC+ (Red), SIG+ (Green), EXC- (Black), Shield, SIG- (White).
