Application

Construction
The railing elements are made from ground finish stainless steel 1.4301 (EN 10088). Posts are constructed from ø50mm tubular elements with ground sockets and ø156mm cover plates, equipped with sockets for crossbars at heights of 509 mm and 959 mm. Crossbars are made from ø30mm tubular elements.

Assembly Method
Ground sockets have four fixing slots, and it is recommended to use adhesive anchors, such as those from HILTI, for assembly. Crossbars are trimmed to the appropriate length, drilled for assembly slots, and riveted using ø4mm rivets. Adjustments and drilling should be done at the assembly premises.

Configuration
The system includes basic elements for constructing various rail configurations based on customer needs. For non-standard solutions, contact the sales department.

Dimensions
Dimensions A, B, and C are provided by the customer, with examples given as A = C + 51 mm and B = C + 156 mm.

Technical Parameters
Weight: Post - 2.7kg, Crossbar 1 running meter = 1.1 kg. Both post and crossbar materials are ground finish stainless steel 1.4301 (EN 10088).

Standard System Equipment
Includes posts with ground sockets, fixing sockets, and top cover blanks. Crossbars are available in standard or custom dimensions. Equipment includes ø4mm fixing rivets for assembly. Note that assembly elements like glue, fixing anchors, riveter, and metal saw are not included.

RAILING SYSTEM SW1 APPLICATION This railing system is used in areas where directing of pedestrian traffic is necessary. The railings are typically used together with such elements as turnstiles, swing gates and other pedestrian traffic control devices. These railings are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. SW1 railing system is not to be used as safety railings e.g. on the balcony or in staircase. CONSTRUCTION Crossbars with dimensions determined by the customer can be prepared at request. For this purpose, drawings must be prepared showing dimensions A, B and C using the drawing presented on the next side. CONFIGURATION Railing system is equipped with basic elements enabling constructing of free configuration of rails depending on customer's needs. In case of non-typical solution, you are kindly requested to contact our sales department. It is recommended to assembly the posts using adhesive anchors e.g. of HILTI company. Crossbars are assembled by trimming to appropriate dimension (length), drilling of assembly slots and riveting using ø4mm rivets after placing of crossbars in appropriate sockets. Note!
