Specifications:
The Linear Diaphragm Pump LMG 4 is designed to deliver a flow rate of 1000 ml/min at rated pressure. It is available in four models differentiated by voltage and frequency: 230V-50Hz, 115V-60Hz, 24V-50Hz, and 12V-50Hz. Each model has a part number for identification.

Pneumatic Data:
All models operate at a rated pressure of 200 mbar with an operating pressure range of 50 to 450 mbar. The flow at rated vacuum is slightly lower, with a rated vacuum of 10% and an operating vacuum range of 5 to 20%.

The pump uses a linear drive motor. Nominal voltages vary by model, with corresponding nominal frequencies. Maximum consumption ranges from 4.0 W to 4.7 W, depending on the model. Consumption at rated pressure is slightly lower.

General Data:
The pump operates within an ambient and media temperature range of 0 to 50°C. Each model weighs 160 g and has a port direction labeled as 'A'.

Materials:
The wetted parts include a nozzle plate made of PPS (Ryton), a pump chamber of PP, and diaphragms and valves made of EPDM.

Additional Notes:
Models can be operated with DC in combination with an oscillator. Operation at frequencies other than specified is possible but may affect performance and pump life.
