The vibrating feeder is a linear vibrating inertial conveyor.The width and depth of the trough determine its processing capacity.The effective length of the trough determines its conveying distance.lt has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, uniform feeding and continuous,and convenient maintenance.And according the on-site operation requirements of the customer,can be installed in a seat or hanging;It can be well connected to the system and automated work. When the variable diameter spiral rotates,the LX series screw conveyor is combined with the spiral blade and the material tube under the combined action of the blade pushing,the material gravity,the friction between the material and the inner wall of the material tube and the internal friction of the material.The sliding form moves forward within the tube.The clamp is fixed by the clamp,so that the whole spiral is taken out during disassembly, which is convenient for cleaning.Sensors and intelligent control circuits can be installed to perform functions such as level control,automatic feeding or overload alarm.
