Overview
The PRATIKA 56 MPE X1 and X2 are advanced automatic packaging machines designed for heat shrink packaging. They combine reliability, speed, and flexibility, featuring a user-friendly interface and robust electronic and mechanical components.

Design and Features
The machines boast a simple and functional design with front and rear openings for easy access. Key features include a Schneider Electric PLC and touch screen, USB port for saving recipes and updates, and a servo-assisted sealing bar. The X2 model includes motorised center sealing and film opening triangles.

Technical Specifications
The machines are equipped with a fully electrical angular sealer, Schneider Electric M221 for X1 and M241 for X2, and a 7-inch color touch-screen control panel with 256 customizable programs. They offer adjustable sealing parameters and belt speeds, and comply with FDA standards for food industry belts.

Performance
The X1 model can produce up to 2800 pieces per hour, while the X2 can produce up to 3600 pieces per hour, depending on product and film specifications. The machines support packaging of individual or sets of products and include safety features like microswitches on opening hatches.
