The cable is rolled up according dimensions & shapes proposed and held with PVDF, PP or PFA strips which ensure the right distance between the rolls. To secure completely the heating part it is then mounted on a rigid rod structure in PVDF or PP. The heater is secured on the rod structure by clips which, whenever needed, make the removal of the heating part easier. Warning : The reference table of the flat heaters (next pages) does not give the overall dimensions of the F range assembly type : 85 mm ±10 mm must be added to each length and width.
