Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment for Ultimate Cleaning Power

Product catalog summary
Introduction to Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes cavitation, a process where ultrasonic energy creates alternating low and high pressure phases in a cleaning solution. This results in the formation and violent implosion of minute bubbles, providing an intense scrubbing action that cleans more effectively than simple soaking or agitation. The bubbles are small enough to reach microscopic crevices, ensuring thorough cleaning.

Components of the Ultrasonic Cleaning System
The system comprises a generator, a transducer, and a tank. The generator powers the transducer, which converts electrical energy into mechanical pressure waves. These waves generate cavitation in the cleaning solution, achieving precision cleaning.

FuzeSonic Generators
The FuzeSonic generator is designed for high power, consistency, and control. It delivers up to 500 watts with over 80% efficiency, maintaining power output within ±5% despite changes in input voltage, solution depth, and temperature. The generator sweeps frequency ±1 kHz to prevent hot spots and dead zones. Features include amplitude control for delicate parts and optional CWF watt frequency meter for measurable power output.

Immersible Transducers
Constructed from cavitation-resistant 316L stainless steel, immersible transducers feature a Ceramically Enhanced Bar design for simultaneous multiple frequencies. They can be inserted into existing tanks to convert them into ultrasonic cleaning systems and are easily replaceable.

Product Guarantee
Fusion Inc. guarantees defect-free workmanship and performance for two years on generators, ten years on transducers, and one year on tanks.

FuzeSonic Ultrasonic Generators Specifications
Generators are available in various models with power outputs ranging from 250 to 2000 watts. All models operate at 40 kHz and include features like amplitude control and sweep frequency. Options include power intensity control, timers, and computer interfaces.

Transducerized Tanks Specifications
Heated tanks are available with capacities from 3 to 34 gallons, constructed from 316L stainless steel. They include features like a 1-inch wide flange and options such as tank covers, work baskets, and recirculating filter systems.

MDG-142 The Ultrasonic Cleaning Process When ultrasonic energy is introduced into a cleaning solution, cavitation, the foundation of ultrasonic cleaning occurs. Ultrasonic energy causes alternating patterns of low and high pressure phases. During the low pressure phases, minute bubbles – or vacuum cavities form. During the subsequent high pressure phases, cavitation takes place, where the bubbles implode violently. Cavitation provides an intense scrubbing action that leads to unsurpassed cleaning speed when compared with simple soaking or immersion with agitation. Additionally, the bubbles are...

MDG-142 IMMERSIBLE TRANSDUCERS Simultaneous Multi- Frequency Immersibles are constructed of cavitation resistant, bright annealed, 316L stainless steel with robotically welded seams to ensure a long life. The Ceramically Enhanced Bar design consists of two transducer stacks which permit simultaneous multiple frequencies. They are available in the form of transducerized tanks and separate immersibles which are fully sealed so they can be inserted into an existing tank to convert it into an ultrasonic cleaning system. Immersible transducers are a perfect way to introduce ultrasonic energy into...
