The unit comprises a mini flow meter using a laminar flow element and a low range differential pressure transducer to resolve leak rate readings in cc/min, cc/hr or mm³/s. The leak rates are adjustable using the built-in fine needle valve and the set leak rate is read on an LCD display. Built-in atmospheric pressure and temperature sensors corrects the flow readings for variable ambient conditions providing volumetric flow, standard flow and mass flow.
