Functional Principle: Wastewater flows through stainless steel perforated filter elements, retaining contaminants. Screening Process: Screenings are brushed off into a washing press, where they are washed and organic matter is removed. The washed screenings are then pressed and discharged. The station can be charged directly from a suction vehicle and can include a grit channel for handling large quantities of grit.

Applications: The FSM compact screening unit is suitable for municipal and industrial applications, including wastewater pre-treatment, sludge screening, septage reception, and treatment. It is also applicable in industries like meat processing, composting, fruit and vegetable processing, breweries, and waste disposal.

Specifications: Dimensions and throughput are customizable. Filter element hole sizes range from 2 to 12 mm. The machine achieves a solid matter content of over 35%, fecal matter elutriation over 90%, and volume and weight reductions of 60-80%.

Materials: The machine housing, filter elements, discharge pipe, and sack filling device are made of stainless steel SS304 or SS316. The conveyor screw and wear strips are made of extremely wear-resistant steel. Drives are powered by SEW geared motors.
