Manufacturing Procedure
1. Place the mould on a flat surface.
2. Pour oil inside the mould to facilitate block extraction.
3. Pour concrete into the mould, ensuring it is vibrated for compactness and homogeneity.
4. Smooth the surface with a trowel.
The curing time varies based on concrete type and environmental conditions.

Mould Sizes and Block Dimensions
Two mould sizes are available, allowing for the production of blocks in five different sizes:

1500x600x600 Mould: Whole Block (1670x755x600 mm, 1250 kg), Medium Block (1500x655x600 mm, 750 kg), Small Block (900x655x600 mm, 500 kg)
1600x800x800 Mould: Whole Block (1770x955x800 mm, 2400 kg), Half Block (1600x855x800 mm, 1200 kg)

All blocks have a density of 2.35 kg/dm³.
