Frozen in Time Ltd. Manufacturers of Freeze Drying Machines and Vacuum Cold traps Vial Stoppering Device UK Manufactured The unit Seals vials when dry while under vacuum by pushing in the rubber stoppers. The 4 shelf Vial Closing Device can be used with the Lablyo, Lablyo Plus and Lablyo Ultra. 4 shelves can be set at 52mm spacing and can accommodate up to 340 6ml vials on our 230mm diameter trays. If set at unequal distances, 2 shelves can have spacing of up to 90mm. The device is operated by turning the top handle. Anti-clockwise closes shelves 1 & 3 Clockwise closes shelves 2 & 4. The unique design prevents the system locking up if the vials are unequally distributed.
