Freeze drying with conduction does not require such high shelf temperatures and is therefore safer for the product and easier to program and control. The key features of this unit are: Fast drying capabilities of between 16 and 24 hours for 500kg depending on product type. Fully programmable automatic cycle with 19inch touch screen HMI.
