Freeze drying with conduction does not require such high shelf temperatures and is therefore safer for the product and easier to program. The key features of this unit are: Fast drying capabilities of between 16 and 24 hours for 100kg depending on product type. Fully programmable automatic cycle with 19inch touch screen HMI. Remote access via internet and direct factory support. 2 Shelf area of 10.4 m and a shelf spacing of 30 mm Fast initial product freezing via conduction and blast freezing. The F-100 is also ideal for large scale product development and smallscale production activities. Water cooling is required for the refrigeration system and we can supply an appropriate sized chiller if needed.
