Accessories
The P-11 Knife Mill comes with a 1.4-liter standard grinding container made of autoclavable plastic PC, a standard lid, and a stainless steel knife. Additional accessories include various grinding containers, lids, and knives, all autoclavable. Single-use and reusable grinding containers are available in different volumes. The P-11Control software for Windows allows automatic mill control via USB, SOP editing, storage, and management. Maintenance packages and additional knives are available upon request.

Application Examples
Examples include grinding tomatoes using a standard plastic PC container and stainless steel knife at 10,000 rpm for 5 x 5 seconds, and beef using the same setup for 3 x 10 seconds pulsed. Candy is ground using a stainless steel 316L container with a special lid for cryogenic grinding, pre-cooled with liquid nitrogen, at 10,000 rpm for 3 x 5 seconds pulsed. Feed pellets are processed similarly to tomatoes and beef.
