Insulators and busbar holders
These insulators are made from fiberglass reinforced polyester, colored red (RAL3002), and are free from halogens and silicone. They operate within a temperature range of -40 to +130°C and have a distortion temperature under load of over 200°C. The dielectric constant is between 4 and 5, with an arc resistance of over 180 seconds and water absorption of less than 0.3%. They are fireproof (V0) and comply with ASTM-UL / ISO – IEC 60439 standards. Various dimensions and specifications are provided for different voltage and mechanical strength requirements.
Similar to hexagonal insulators, these are also made from fiberglass reinforced polyester and share the same color and material properties. They are designed for specific voltage ratings and mechanical strengths, with detailed dimensions provided for different applications.
These blocks are made from fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate, offering high impact strength (>90 kJ/m²), tensile strength (>140 MN/m²), and compression strength (>69 MN/m²). They are halogen-free, fireproof (V0), and have a continuous operating temperature of +135°C. The dielectric strength is 21 MV/m, and they comply with ASTM-UL / ISO – IEC 60439 standards. They are designed to hold busbars of various thicknesses and heights, with specified electrodynamic strength.
Constructed from fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate, these holders are designed for modular assembly. They share similar material properties with universal bar-holder blocks and are suitable for busbars of different thicknesses and configurations. They are also compliant with relevant standards and designed to withstand specific short circuit currents.
