TL/E LEVEL ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Product catalog summary
Overview: The TL series visual level gauges provide a clear and precise method for checking liquid levels using the principle of communicating vessels. The liquid flows through the gauge via hollow screws, displaying the exact level inside the tank.
Options: The gauges offer interchangeable C/C distances of 76, 127, and 254 mm, compatible with most visual level marketing products. The body is made from transparent polyamide-based TR 55 LX (Grilamid TM) or polycarbonate.
Chemical Resistance: The polymer used is based on polyamide 12, ensuring durability and resistance to chemicals.
Electric Visual Level Gauge: The Top Level gauge provides both visual and minimum level electric signals, which can be Normally Open (N.O.), Normally Closed (N.C.), or Exchange. Key benefits include cost savings, single installation, and enhanced safety due to electrical insulation from the liquid.
Level Gauge with Thermostat / PT 100: This version includes temperature signaling via a PT 100 (-50°C to +150°C) or a preset thermostat. A metal plate inside the gauge facilitates heat transfer, and a cap on the bottom screw prevents heat loss. The cavity containing the thermostat is resin-coated for improved insulation.
Thermostat Electrical Characteristics: The thermostat operates at 250 V, 50 Hz, with commutable temperatures of 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, and 80°C. It features Normally Closed (N.CH.) and Normally Open (N.A.) contacts with a tolerance of ±5°C. The connector is IP 65 PG7, adhering to industrial standards.
Order Scheme: Includes a bimetallic thermometer "TS" with a double scale in °C (0-120) and °F (30-250). Maximum pressure and tightening torque specifications are provided.

TL/E LEVEL ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS-1

LEVEL ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS The visual level gauges TL series allow the liquid level to be checked in a clear and precise way at any time. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION: The principle used is that of communicating vessels: the liquid goes through the level gauge by means of hollow screws, showing the user the exact point inside the tank. OPTIONS: - C/C distance 76, 127, 254 mm interchangeable with almost every level visual marketing - Body Transparent polyamide based TR 55 LX (Grilamid TM) or polycarbonate. CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: The polymer used is a compound based on polyamide 12. The Top Level electric visual level gauge offers visual signalling as well as a minimum level electric signal which can be N.O. or N.C. or EXCHANGE. The many advantages include: - just one purchase - just one installation - savings in costs and work - total safety: the electrical part is completely separate from the liquid and insulated with respect to the outside. TL/E LEVEL ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS-2

In addition to the electric level gauge, the Top Level can provide temperature signalling by means of a PT 100 (-50°C +150°C) or the insertion of a preset thermostat. To facilitate the passage of heat, from the tank through the hollow screw to the thermostat / PT 100, a metal plate is inserted inside the level gauge to conduct the heat of the liquid faster and with less dissipation. In conjunction with the thermostat / PT 100, a cap is fitted standard on the bottom screw to prevent heat loss to the outside. Complete resin coating in the cavity containing the thermostat provides better heat and...
