Automation Voltage and Power Supply
1. Insert the sealing ring and clamping basket into the angled housing.
2. Tighten the pressing screw.
3. Dismantle the cable and strip the single wires.
4. Thread the wires through the angled housing and screw them on with a torque of 0.4 Nm.
5. Attach the angled housing to the male/female insert.
- Male and female inserts are available in moulded and field-wireable versions.
- Panel mount connectors feature screw clamp connections and are not shieldable.
- Contact arrangements include 2+PE and 3+PE configurations.
- Load current and ambient temperature specifications are provided, with a derating curve according to DIN EN 60512.
- Connectors must not be plugged or unplugged under load to prevent personal injury.
- Suitable for plant engineering, control, and electrical equipment construction.
- For circuits with dangerous voltages, secure the thread with cyanoacrylate adhesive.
- Only trained personnel should handle connectors in high-voltage circuits.
