Construction: The vacuum ovens are available in four sizes ranging from 20 to 240 liters. The control panel is located on top to minimize space usage. The inner casing is made of thick stainless steel (4 mm) and is reinforced for the 120 and 240-liter models to resist corrosion. The outer casing is made of electro-galvanized steel with a light grey epoxy paint finish (RAL 7035). There is no contact between the inner and outer casings to prevent thermal bridging, ensuring low surface temperatures. The thermal insulation consists of 70 mm glass wool, asbestos-free. Regulation, Control, Safety: Temperature is measured by a Pt100 probe. The electronic PID controller C3000 displays the set and measured temperatures digitally. An independent adjustable safety thermostat (level 3.1) cuts off heating in case of main regulation system failure, protecting the oven and its contents.
C3000 Controller Details: The FRANCE-ETUVES C3000 PID controller offers functions such as temperature measurement with a Pt100 Ω probe, set and actual temperature display, delayed start (1 min to 99h59 min), temperature ramp (0.1 to 20°C/min), holding timer (0 to 99h59 min), repeat loop, end-of-cycle buzzer, and overtemperature alarm.
Equipment: Multiple shelving positions allow convenient loading/unloading. The vacuum ovens come with a perforated stainless steel shelf and two supports.
Performance: Temperature range is from 20°C above ambient to 200°C max (300°C optional). The electronic regulator displays with a precision of 0.1°C, and regulation stability is better than ±0.2°C.
