Construction:
The ovens are available in four sizes ranging from 20 to 240 liters. The inner casing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with rounded corners, while the outer casing is constructed from sheet steel finished with a durable stoved epoxy paint in light grey (RAL 7035). There is no contact between the inner and outer casings, and optimized insulation minimizes heat dissipation. The walls are insulated with 70 mm thick glass fiber, ensuring efficient operation, low external temperatures, and excellent thermal stability. The door is made of thick toughened glass with a silicone rubber gasket for a good seal, and it is hinged on the right-hand side.
Heating:
The chamber is heated by large area heaters attached to its outer surface, with no-wear switching via a solid-state relay. Internal heating plates can be installed as an option.
Vacuum Control: The
oven includes an exhaust solenoid valve for connection to a vacuum pump and an inlet solenoid valve for air or inert gas entry. A vacuum gauge shows vacuum levels from 0 to 1000 mbar, and the 20-liter model features a 3-position manual valve.
Temperature Control and Safety:
A J thermocouple inside the chamber acts as the temperature sensor, controlled by a precise microprocessor-based controller to prevent exceeding set temperatures. An independent over-temperature thermostat provides class 3.1 protection. The auto-tune PID digital controller displays set and actual temperatures and includes a heater indicator lamp. The control panel features an ON/OFF switch and a fault indicator lamp.
Equipment:
The ovens come with multiple position shelving for convenient loading and unloading, with additional shelves available.
Performance:
The ovens are designed to operate from room temperature +20°C up to 200°C, with an optional extension to 300°C. They achieve a final vacuum of 10-2 mbar, depending on the vacuum pump used, and have a temperature fluctuation of less than ±0.2°C.
Models and Specifications:
The XF line includes models XF020, XF050, XF120, and XF240, with varying dimensions and capacities. The ovens are powered by a 230 Volts single-phase electrical supply, with higher power models requiring 400 Volts three-phase. The maximum load per shelf is 30 kg, with total oven capacity varying by model.
Factory Options and Accessories:
Options include temperature extension to 300°C, pressure regulation, additional safety thermostats, and various other customizations. Accessories such as vacuum pumps and extra shelves can be ordered separately.
