Construction:
The ovens are available in eight sizes ranging from 27 to 980 liters. The inner casing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the outer casing is sheet steel with a stoved epoxy paint finish in light grey (RAL 7035). There is no contact between the inner and outer casings, and optimized insulation minimizes heat dissipation. The walls and door are insulated with 70 mm thick glass fiber, ensuring efficient operation and thermal stability. The silicone rubber gasket provides a good seal, and both the insulation and gasket are asbestos-free. The door is hinged on the right side.

Heating:
The ovens use sheathed stainless steel tubular heating elements placed around the fans. A solid-state relay is used for activating and deactivating the heating elements, ensuring no wear switching.

Internal Fan for Air Circulation:
All models are fan-circulated, which speeds up the drying process and ensures even temperature distribution. The fan and heaters are located at the rear, shielded by a stainless steel baffle. Air is drawn into the fan, passes over the temperature sensor and heater elements, and is then distributed and recirculated.

Exhaust Air and Fresh Air Supply:
Fresh air is provided through an access vent and pre-heated before entering the chamber. An adjustable valve controls the exhaust air flow through a 30 mm diameter exhaust vent.

Temperature Control and Safety:
The temperature is monitored by a J thermocouple and controlled by a precise microprocessor-based controller. An independent over-temperature thermostat provides class 3.1 protection. The PID digital controller displays set and actual temperature values and includes a heater indicator lamp. The control panel features an ON/OFF switch and a fault indicator lamp.

Equipment:
The ovens come with multiple position shelving for convenient loading and unloading, with additional shelves available. A 20 mm diameter access port with a silicone cork is standard.

Performance:
The ovens operate from room temperature +10°C up to 200°C, with an optional extension to 300°C. Temperature fluctuation is less than ±0.2°C, and spatial variation is less than ±1.2°C at 105°C. They offer rapid heating-up times and low surface temperatures.

These ovens are suitable for various thermal processes such as heated storage, heat treatment, thermal testing, sterilization, and aging processes across different industries.
