Construction: The incubators are available in four sizes ranging from 125 to 686 liters. The inner casing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the outer casing is constructed from sheet steel with a stoved epoxy paint finish. The design ensures no contact between the inner and outer casings, optimizing insulation to minimize heat dissipation. The walls and door are insulated with 70 mm thick glass fiber, providing efficient operation and thermal stability. A silicone rubber gasket ensures a good seal, and both the insulation and gasket are asbestos-free. The door is hinged on the right side.
Heating: The incubators use stainless steel sheathed tubular heating elements, strategically placed around the fans for models with fan circulation. A solid-state relay provides no-wear switching for the heating elements.
Cooling: A hermetically sealed refrigeration system provides cooling, which can be independently switched off for defrosting or when operating above ambient temperatures. The system is completely CFC-free.
Internal Fan for Air Circulation: The fan ensures even temperature distribution by drawing air from the top and distributing heated or cooled air at the bottom.
Temperature Control and Safety: Temperature is monitored by a Pt100 sensor and controlled by a precise microprocessor-based controller. An independent over-temperature thermostat provides class 3.1 protection. The auto-tune PID digital controller displays set and actual temperatures and includes a heater indicator lamp. The control panel features an ON/OFF switch and a fault indicator lamp.
Equipment: The incubators come with multiple position shelving for easy loading and unloading, with additional shelves available. A 20 mm diameter access port with a silicone cork is standard.
Performance: The incubators operate from 0°C to 60°C with a controller accuracy of 0.1°C. Temperature fluctuation is less than ±0.2°C, and spatial variation ranges from ±0.3°C to ±0.5°C.
Specifications: The incubators are available in models XBR125, XBR250, XBR490, and XBR686, with varying internal and external dimensions, shelf capacities, and power requirements. They are designed for use in biological, medical, pharmaceutical, and hygiene industry laboratories.
Options and Accessories: A wide range of factory-fitted options and accessories are available, including additional shelves, digital timers, safety thermostats, temperature profilers, and more.
