Foremost has taken it’s years of experience in Coiled Tubing Rig (CTR) design and has focused this knowledge in creating the FI-70 Injector. Designed in conjunction with Cudd Pressure Control Inc., the FI-70 Injector has a proven track record in the oilfield since 2003. General Description: This injector offers a number of features that are not offered with other comparable injectors. The FI-70 features twin variable displacement axial piston motors & single-bearing hardened skate bars with 10% more area than most other injectors of this comparable rating. It also has eight skate traction cylinders evenly distributing the load over the entire length of the skate bar with hydraulic accumulators. Other Features : The FI-70 Injector features a mechanical counter and electronic encoder mount. Also featured is the pinned-on stripper/packer mount for easy removal, and a reduced mounting height between the stripper/packer and chain. A pancake style load cell mount allows for easy adaptation to either dual-acting; electronic or hydraulic load cells or a single acting hydraulic load cell. Available Options : ► Optional planetary coolers for extreme working conditions. ► Available tubing sizes of 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-3/8”. ► Optional planetary ratios for more precise control. ► Optional radius guide arches available. ► Optional gooseneck swivel for injector and reel alignment. ► Optional gooseneck mounted tubing straightener.
