In continually striving to exceed customer requirements, Foremost has transferred it's years of experience in Hybrid Coiled Tubing Rig (CTR) design, into viable product development for the Foremost series of injectors. General Features: ► Patent Pending mounting system provides accurate alignment of the gooseneck to the drive head insuring uniform loading of the drive components and coiled tubing resulting in longer drive component and coiled tubing life. ► A/C drive dramatically improves feed control in sensitive drilling conditions. Feed rates of inches per hour are achievable. ► Proprietary skate bar and gripper block design provide smooth chain and bearing operation to maximum tubing life. ► Opposing drive heads provide a well balanced design and improved access for servicing. The Foremost designed injector utilizes two independent opposing continuous chain reduction drives each fitted with follower rollers and gripper blocks. The drives are mounted in a common frame and a solid skate bar is used within each drive assembly to apply pressure to the gripper blocks. This unique design allows for two separate means of mounting the F200K injector - base or top mount arrangement. In addition to the flexible mounting configurations, Foremost injectors are offered with either hydraulic or A/C electric drives. Available Options: ► Gooseneck - 2 part folding design with single hinge ► Gooseneck Swivel for injector and reel alignment ► Injector Mounting Base - Includes frame for mounting ► A/C Motor (2) - Rockwell 250 HP RPMAC Motor
