Specifications and Features:
The ENDURA® 800 Plate Milling Machine features a stationary portal with pylons and Y-axis made from high-absorption hydropol concrete with a steel core. The machine bed is a welded steel construction cast with special concrete, featuring linear guides and a T-slot table with a maximum load of approximately 10 tons. The Z-axis slide is a low strain, annealed welded steel construction with hydraulic weight compensation and vibration damping.

Axis Drive Technology:
The machine uses air-cooled digital motors with a pinion gear mechanism, designed as gantry drives with master/slave configuration. Linear axes are equipped with hardened, grinded, and pre-tensioned linear guide elements.

Working Area and Machine Table:
The working area is enclosed on all sides with noise insulation, featuring doors with laminated glass windows. The machine table, made of high-absorption cast steel, travels along the X-axis and includes T-slots for a vacuum clamping plate.

Vacuum Table:
Constructed from aluminum, the vacuum table includes longitudinal and transverse slots for rubber piping, with vacuum and compressed air connections for various panel sizes.

Milling Tool:
The milling tool is fully machined and assembled, featuring a basic structure with a maximum tool-loading capacity, roughing and finishing inserts, and dummy inserts. Specifications include a milling tool diameter of 2,500 mm to 3,100 mm, cutting width of 1,000 mm to 3,000 mm, and a depth of cut from 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm.

Performance Specifications:
The machine offers continuously variable feed rates depending on materials and tools, with rapid traverse rates of 25 m/min for the X-axis and 5 m/min for the Z-axis. Setting accuracy is 0.01 mm, with maximum workpiece sizes customizable for the X, Y, and Z axes.

Compliance and Tolerances:
Limit deviations and shape tolerances must comply with DIN EN 487, with thickness tolerance after milling of less than +0.1 mm, flatness of less than 0.1 mm/m, and surface roughness Ra of less than 0.25 µm - 0.40 µm, in compliance with DIN EN ISO 4287:1998 and 4288:1998.
