Other applications Our laboratory presses are widely used for the preparation of polymer samples, such as PE, PP, PEEK and many more. In order to precisely determine the physical properties of polymers, samples that are pressed under accurately controlled conditions (following international standards) are needed. This way, properties like tensile, flexural and impact strength can be tested. Furthermore, compression moulded polymer samples are also used for colour testing, weathering and XRF analysis. Our presses enable ground-breaking and industry leading research into composite materials....

LabManual 50/300 The LabManual series are manually operated hydraulic laboratory presses. These highly acclaimed benchtop devices are used in many laboratories around the world to prepare samples for quality control and R&D purposes. The LabManual series can – depending on the model 50 or 300 – handle pressing needs up to 50kN and 300kN at 200°C or 300°C, but also allows the use of low closing forces. Whichever settings you choose, the results will prove to be accurate and consistent over time. Thanks to its modest footprint, the LabManual can easily get installed in any lab. Furthermore,...

LabVac 50/200/400/600/1000 LabVac is a series of laboratory hot platen presses that can create a vacuum condition inside the press chamber, which can prevent oxidation or contamination of the material by oxygen or other gases. A vacuum condition can also enhance the bonding and curing of the material, resulting in higher quality specimens. Depending on the model – 50, 200, 400, 600, 1000 – the closing force range goes up to 50, 200, 400, 600 or 1000 kN at 300°C. Regardless of the model or settings used, the results will always be accurate and consistent. The LabVac’s support table has a...
