Refrigeration Air Conditioning SHRC - Semi-Hermetic Flameproof Refrigeration Comperessor • IECEx/ATEX International Certification. • Compressor main body enclosure is protected by static pressurization. • Compressor main body material cast iron. • Flameproof terminal box material carbon steel or stainless ste el. • Refrigerant: R134a, R404A,R407A, R407C,R407F, R507A, or R22. • SHRC semi-hermetic flameproof refrigeration compressor including the following optional components: SCDC flameproof solenoid coil, IHDC flameproof immersion heater, ESTS flameproof sensor/transmitter/switch (temperature sensor, presssure sensor, oil level switch etc). • Application: Air-cooled and water-cooled air conditioning unit, refrigeration etc. Description: SHRC semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor is designed and manufactured according to IEC/EN 60079-0, IEC/EN 60079-1, IEC/EN 60079-2 and IEC/EN 60079-31. The product can be used in Zone 1, Zone 2 Gas environment and Zone 21, Zone 22 Dust environment. SHRC semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor has reciprocating type and screw type. The main body of the compressor is from the world famous compressor manufacturer Bitzer so that the compressor can remain the features of wide application, high efficiency, high duration of transmission device, low noise, compact construction and long life etc. For the explosion-proof protection, the product has passed all testing and got the high level of certification (II 2 GD, Ex db px IIB T4 Gb, Extb IIC T130°CDb). Considering the operation of refrigeration system, Fonteck also provide flameproof solenoid coil valve, crankcase heater and various sensor/switch and transmitter etc. as options of the compressor.
