This notification can be withdrawn if the manufacturer no longer satisfies the requirements of Annex IV Results of periodical re-assessment of the manufacturing process is a part of this notification. This notification is valid until 2016-11-01 and can be withdrawn if the manufacturer does not satisfy the production quality re-assessment. According to article 10[1] of the Directive 94/9/EC the CE marking shall be followed by the identification Number 0575 identifying the notified body involved in the production control stage. However, the compensation shall not exceed an amount equal to ten times the fee charged for the service in question, provided that the maximum compensation shall never exceed USD 300.000. In this provision “Det Norske Veritas” shall mean the Foundation Det Norske Veritas as well as all its subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and any other acting on behalf of Det Norske Veritas.
