The Fomaco CBF 500P Belt Filter is designed for medium to large-scale production, offering high filtration performance. It is ideal for applications with low to medium viscosity brines, efficiently handling a high load of particles due to its large filtering surface.
The CBF 500P features belt filters ranging from 500 to 800 microns and a self-cleaning protein filter (FM 80) for superior filtration. The tank's sloping bottom prevents sediment build-up, minimizing wastage. An optional hydro agitator can further prevent sedimentation. A wireless temperature sensor allows for real-time monitoring via the M3 control panel.
Designed for easy cleaning, the CBF 500P is mounted on wheels for mobility and can be dismantled without tools. It includes rotating scrapers and a wash bar for thorough cleaning during production, and a quick-release system for easy belt filter maintenance.
The filter is compatible with FGM models 48, 64, 88, and 112. Additional options include various grid sizes, an external glycol cooling unit, a hydro agitator system, and pillow plate construction for enhanced cooling capacity.
