Overview
The Fomaco BIP Portion Control M3 Injector Series is designed for high-demand production environments, specifically for handling 2 x 9 piece chicken cuts. It features a flighted conveyor belt and a 1.6-meter extended infeed for efficient loading.

Design and Construction
The machine employs a 'box-in-box' construction to protect electrical components from water, humidity, and salt. Main doors are rated IP 65, and electrical cabinets are IP 68, ensuring reliability even in aggressive environments.

Performance and Features
The M3 series uses advanced pump systems to eliminate dead zones, ensuring consistent brine distribution. It includes a Remote Device Manager (RDM) for remote troubleshooting and updates, saving production time. The machine supports automated routines such as lubrication, brine temperature monitoring, pump pressure control, troubleshooting, and cleaning.

Interface and Usability
A 15-inch intuitive interface mounted on a pivot arm allows convenient operation from all angles, rated IP 69K for protection.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The BIP quick release system allows for easy dismantling and cleaning of the needle cassette. Additional features include a pump-to-product system for hygiene, a wash table for loose parts, and improved needle cleaning functionality.
