Overview
The FOMACO BIP Needle Head M3 Injector Series is designed for high-volume injection of bone-in, low-profile products such as chicken portions. It features a unique needle retracting system for efficient handling of these products.

Construction and Design
The injector is built with a box-in-box type construction, ensuring durability and protection with main doors rated at IP 65 and electrical cabinets at IP 68. It includes a centrifugal pump and self-cleaning filter, with hoses equipped with sanitary crimp fittings.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The BIP Quick Release System allows for rapid dismantling of the needle cassette, facilitating easy cleaning and inspection. The wash rack for the conveyor belt can be accessed from either end of the machine.

User Interface
The machine is equipped with a highly intuitive 15" interface mounted on a pivot arm, rated at IP 69K, allowing convenient operation from all angles.
