Technical Features
The DEFECTOMAT CI is a new compact eddy-current tester, succeeding the DEFECTOMAT C and CP versions. It introduces a fully optional 2-channel evaluation, allowing simultaneous use of differential and absolute channels, 2-frequency applications, and signal evaluation in both eddy-current and FERROMAT channels. Intuitive Operation

State-of-the-art computer technology enables full network integration and remote control of settings. It supports data export and import via memory stick and offers peripheral diversity with USB ports for various devices. An XML log structure allows standardized format display using Internet Explorer.

Availability and Service
The system includes sensor monitoring based on noise levels, recognition of cable breaks and short-circuits, and remote service via telephone, modem, or internet login. It supports logged calibration including sensors and easy replacement of predecessor models through pin-compatible connections.
