Electrical and Thermal Parameters: Operating currents are ≤250 A for the 808 nm variant and ≤280 A for the 940 nm variant, with threshold currents of ≤40 A and ≤25 A, respectively. Operating voltage is ≤2 V, with a slope efficiency of ≥1.0 W/A. The operating temperature range is 15~35°C, and storage temperature is -40~55°C. A recommended heatsink capacity of ≥100 W is advised.
