The EXPEC-3200 is a portable methane and non-methane hydrocarbon analyzer utilizing heat tracing technology up to 180 degrees and FID technology to prevent sample loss. It accurately measures hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane, and other emissions, detecting contaminants as low as one ppb.

The EXPEC-3200 portable methane and non-methane hydrocarbon analyzer adopts heat tracing technology to transfer heat of up to 180 degrees as well as FID technology, which can effectively avoid the loss of high boiling points and high concentration samples. The sample gas is filtered through the secondary filter and then enters the quantification ring for Specification Detector Heat miniaturized hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) accurate quantification, after which the sample is separated by a chromatographic analyzer and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization (FID) detector.
