The AQMS-700 CAPS NO2 Analyzer is designed for atmospheric environment monitoring using optical cavity attenuation phase shift technology (CAPS). It measures NO2 concentration in ambient air and is suitable for online monitoring in various environments.

Principle
The analyzer consists of several modules: pre-processing, resonant cavity, flow control, and circuit. It measures gas concentration by analyzing the phase difference between beams in reference and NO2-filled cavities. A high-frequency modulated LED beam is reflected within a high-reflection mirror cavity, absorbed by NO2, and detected after passing through an optical filter. The detector converts the optical signal to an electrical signal, which is demodulated to obtain phase information.
