Fluytec's Ultrafiltration Standard Systems offer compact solutions for high-quality water filtration with flow rates ranging from 30 to 720 m³/h. These systems utilize outside-in flow configuration ultrafiltration modules, which enhance performance by reducing plugging and allowing for higher solids loading and easier cleaning. The primary design is dead-end filtration, which is energy-efficient and cost-effective.

Materials of Construction
The systems are constructed with a welded frame of painted and blasting carbon steel, PVC-U/PP piping, DIN flanges, plastic-coated iron cast valves, and an IP55 power panel control.

Instrumentation
Instrumentation includes flow measurement for raw water, pressure monitoring at feed inlet and filtrate outlet, and optional turbidity measurement at the filtrate outlet.

Operating Parameters
Key operating parameters include a filtrate SDI ≤ 2.5, turbidity ≤ 0.1 NTU, recovery rate of 90-95%, temperature range of 1 to 40 ºC, maximum feed pressure of 6 bar, and estimated power consumption of < 0.1 kWh/m³.
