Materials
Fluorten uses premium-grade raw materials from leading producers, including engineering plastics like PEEK, PPS, PA, PC, PU, PP, and fluoropolymers such as FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, PCTFE. Parts can be produced in mono or co-injection molding, with options for inserts and assembly in kits.

3D Printing
Fluorten utilizes state-of-the-art 3D printers from ROBOZE to manufacture components in standard and high-performance polymers. This technology allows for rapid production of prototypes and small series without the need for molds, reducing costs compared to traditional injection molding. The patented Beltless System ensures high precision (around 0.025 mm). CNC machining complements 3D printing for parts requiring specific geometries and tolerances.

Materials
Technopolymers with high thermal and mechanical resistance are used, capable of replacing metal alloys in extreme applications, including CARBON PEEK, CARBON PA, PEEK, ULTEM™ AM9085F, and PP.
