Typical Isolation "W" Gland Pump Head Setup
  • Components: Includes discharge, suction, inert gas, water or solvents, and 1/8" I.D. tubing.
  • Gland Feed Rate: 2-5 mL/min.
  • Pressure Feed: Gland inlet pressure must be less than or equal to the material being pumped.
  • Gravity Feed: For continuous operation, it is recommended to install a level device to prevent the gland from running dry.
Isolation Gland Option:
  • Available for Q1, Q2, CKC, CKC-LF, & CSC Pump Head Modules.
  • Special modification includes extra ports for a barrier gland of liquid, gas, steam, or other fluids to isolate the pumped fluid from the seal area and atmosphere.
  • Handles slurries, particulates, crystal formers, and anaerobics at high temperatures and pressures.
  • Suitable for saline, photo, plating, and sterile applications.
