Product catalog summary
Overview of Pulse Jet Fabric Filter FabriCleanTM
The document presents the FabriCleanTM system, a pulse jet fabric filter designed for air pollution control in industries such as power boilers, mineral processing, and waste incineration. It highlights the system's ability to meet stringent emission requirements while ensuring long filter media life and easy maintenance.

System Variants
  • FabriClean: Features side entry with gas/dust distribution, down flow in bag zone, and is suitable for long bags (6-8 m). It is used in various industries and offers low-pressure cleaning.
  • UniClean: Designed for high dust load processes, it has a bottom entry and up flow in the bag zone, acting as a single compartment.
  • PulseClean: Similar to UniClean but split into compartments, used in mineral and waste industries.

Design and Construction
  • The filter consists of components like outlet dampers, weather enclosures, and dust removal systems. It is constructed from mild steel, with options for stainless steel, and is designed to withstand environmental stresses.
  • Filter bags are made from various materials like PTFE needle felt and glass with e-PTFE membrane, each with specific temperature limits.
  • Cages support the filter bags, designed to minimize abrasion and enhance dust release during cleaning.

Gas/Dust Distribution
  • The system uses a unique gas/dust distribution mechanism to lower gas velocity, allowing dust to drop into the hopper, reducing the burden on filter bags.
  • Different distribution types (Type I, L, T) are available to suit various operational needs.

Cleaning Principles
  • The cleaning process involves purge air and venturi systems to remove dust from filter bags, with specific designs for needle felt and glass bags.

Control System
  • The control system monitors filter performance, including air pressure and valve operations, and communicates with plant control systems for integrated management.

Support and Installation
  • Various support structures are available to accommodate thermal expansion and site-specific conditions.
  • Installation methods vary from on-site assembly to pre-mounted units transported by crane.

Additional Features
  • Weather enclosures and insulation are provided to protect the system from environmental factors and ensure efficient operation.
  • Dust removal options include screw conveyors and air locks, tailored to specific operational needs.
