Materials:

Valve bodies and covers are made from ductile iron ASTM A536 Gr 65-45-12 or cast iron ASTM A126 Class B.
Coatings are AWWA compliant C550.
Wedges are made from ductile iron with EPDM coating or cast iron with SBR coating.
Elastomers are EPDM or Buna Nitrile.
Fasteners are zinc-plated steel ASTM A307 Grade B and stainless steel or bronze.
Stems are made from 420 stainless steel or bronze.

Standards Compliance: All models comply with AWWA standards, specifically C515 for most models and C509 for the OS&Y and NRS models. Some models are also UL and FM approved.

Warranty: Flomatic valves are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, with repair or replacement offered free of charge under specified conditions.
