SPLIT-O-MAT® SOM

Product catalog summary
Overview: This document outlines the operation and specifications of a waste water treatment plant designed for manually controlled treatment of water polluted with hydrocarbons, impurities, paint, or printing ink. The plant is particularly useful in environments where discarding costs are high and aims to prevent the release of polluted water into the surroundings.
Specifications:
  • Dimensions: 780 x 440 x 1380 mm
  • Capacity: 150 liters per day
  • Required Power: 230 V
  • Splitting Agent: ENVIFLOC® 1010
  • Consumption: 5-15 g/l depending on pollution load
Procedure:
  1. Polluted water is collected after passing through an oil separator if necessary.
  2. The water is pumped into a reactor tank with a capacity of approximately 75 liters.
  3. A mixer is activated, and the splitting agent ENVIFLOC® 1010 is added. This agent is a mixture of calcium, aluminum sulfate, and reaction substances.
  4. The flocculation process binds particles into larger sludge particles, which can be captured in a filter.
  5. The mixer is stopped manually, and after sedimentation, water and sludge are directed into a filter bag.
  6. The sludge accumulates in the filter bag, drying over time to be discharged as solid waste, while the clean water can be drained.
Recommendations: The plant is suitable for environments where the average polluted water reaches up to approximately 150 liters per day. It serves as an effective supplement to closed-circuit washing units designed by Flexo Wash.

SPLIT-O-MAT® SOM-1

Waste Water Treatment Plant for manually controlled treatment of water, polluted with hydrocarbons, impurities, paint or printing ink. A mixer is activated and the splitting agent, ENVIFLOC® 1010, is added. The splitting agent is a mixture of calcium, aluminium sulphate and reaction substances. The flocculation process will bind the particles into larger sludge particles which can be caught in a filter. The mixer stops manually and after some time of sedimentation, water and sludge is led into filter bag. The water is pumped into the reactor tank which contains approx. 75 L. Dimensions Capacity Required power Splitting agent The polluted water is collected in a bulk after having passed an oil separator if necessary. 2) The plant is suitable where polluted water reaches an average of up to approx. 150 liters/day. The operation is simple and quick. The sludge will gather in the filter bag, where it will dry up after some time so it can be discharged as solid water. The clean water running out of the bag can be led into the drain. 5-15 g/l (depending on pollution load) The plant is very useful to avoid leading polluted water to the surroundings and where discarding costs are high. The plant is a perfect supplement to the closed-circuit washing units designed by Flexo Wash.
