Build-a-Multi-Cylinder-Cleaner The Multi Cylinder Cleaner is a modular system and can be configured individually according to the customer’s needs. Each unit consists of a loading station, two air locks or machine door arrangements, a number of washing stages and an unloading station. Loading station The cylinders are placed on the trolley at the printing machine and driven to the washing unit. The carriage on the trolley is manually loaded on to the loading station. Individual configuration Due to the modular construction of the Multi Cylinder Cleaner, the system can be configured to each customer’s needs. Carriage Transportation It is possible to move the cylinders from the printing press to the Multi Cylinder Cleaner by placing them on the trolley. To ensure proper handling of the carriage carrying the cylinders, the trolley is equipped with several safety lock features. The trolley can carry a carriage that can hold 2 cylinders.
