Summary of TC40 profiles Fewer profiles – more application options Lengths and tolerance of our aluminium profiles The range of profiles from the TC40 system consists of open profiles in types L (Light), B (Basic), H (Heavy) and U (Ultra) for moderate to high static and dynamic demands, and closed profiles in types BC (Basic Closed) and HC (Heavy Closed). If no other tolerance is stated in the catalogue all “3 m” and “6 m” aluminium beams will be delivered with a length of 3030 ±5 mm respective 6070 ±5 mm.
