- Flexadux® PV: Lightweight PVC hose with spring steel wire helix, offering flexibility, chemical resistance, and compressibility. Available in blue (flame retardant) and clear (FDA acceptable materials).
- Flexadux® TR: Medium weight thermoplastic rubber hose with excellent abrasion, moisture, UV, and chemical resistance. Available with factory-installed soft cuffs.
- Flx-Thane® Series: Polyurethane hoses with varying weights, offering great compressibility, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. Manufactured with FDA acceptable materials.
- Ideal for environments requiring wide temperature ranges, such as plastic processing, woodworking dust collection, and severe service applications.
- Specific models are tailored for high vacuum, grain vac applications, and railcar loading/unloading.
1. HEAT-FLEX®: Double-ply fabric hose with silicone and Nomex® layers, reinforced with spring steel wire helix. Suitable for high-temperature air handling applications. Non-kinking and resistant to oils, solvents, and other elements. Flame retardant to UL 94V-0.
2. GENESIS®: Lightweight polyethylene copolymer hose with integral polyethylene helix. Conductive with superior abrasion resistance. Ideal for industrial vacuum and light bulk material applications.
3. DAYFLEX®: PVC hose reinforced with vinyl-coated spring steel wire helix. Lightweight, flexible, and good chemical resistance. Suitable for floor care and general industrial vacuum applications.
- Cuffs and Connectors: Lists various types of screw cuffs, conductive screw cuffs, enlarger screw cuffs, reducer screw cuffs, swivel cuffs, and specialty connectors.
- Flex-Lok® Hoses: Describes the Flex-Lok® series, including single-ply and double-ply construction hoses made from materials like silicone, fiberglass, and Teflon®.
- Bendway® Hoses: Details the Bendway® series, which includes helically corrugated aluminum and stainless steel hoses.
