Technical Description

High Efficiency Design: The filter is designed with long bags for high capacity and optimized gas and dust distribution to minimize can velocities and re-entrainment. It offers a modular design for easy installation.
Reliability: It includes a proprietary cleaning system with integrated piston valves to maximize bag lifetime and ensure reliable cleaning. The compartment design facilitates easy maintenance, and an optional bag leak detector is available for diagnostics and emission monitoring.
Sustainability: Operates at low pressure to limit shock-wave phenomena and dust carry-through, ensuring very low emission levels. It optimizes compressed air consumption and allows for the revamping of existing installations through ESP conversion.

Efficient Low Pressure Cleaning
The filter features an "on-line" cleaning sequence controlled via a PID loop for constant pressure drop and process stabilization. It uses large capacity piston valves for rapid opening and efficient cleaning with low pressure air. The system is fully automated and complies with stringent environmental regulations, reducing emissions and operational costs.
