Fives Pillard propose a retrofit of the former generation of ROTAFLAM® kiln burners to the new ROTAFLAM® VERSION 2 design (patent protected). Hotter ! Specifically designed to improve combustion of low-grade fuels whilst increasing clinker quality and kiln availability, an upgrade to the new ROTAFLAM® VERSION 2 design provides: • hotter, shorter and thinner flame centered in the kiln excellent conditions for complete burnout of low-grade fuels such as high sulphur pet coke (S >6%), anthracite, solid waste fuels (fluff, plastics, wood chips …) reduction of kiln inlet gas temperature thanks...
