General Characteristics
The filling machine is designed for use with mineral oil, with other fluids available upon request. It can achieve a production rate of up to 60 units per hour. The machine operates with a Soft Rapidcharge® PLC/HMI on a Siemens base and features an 8-inch display. Connection to radiators is facilitated through a screw type adaptor or a push-pull system. The vacuum pump has a capacity of 40 m3/h, maintaining a vacuum level of less than 5 mbar. The machine allows for up to 999 cycle selections.

Fluid Treatment and Storage
The machine includes a fluid storage capacity of up to 400 liters and a degassing module to optimize filling quality. It can fill up to 20,000 grams per cycle, with other quantities available upon request. The filled quantity is checked using a mass flow meter, ensuring a filling accuracy of up to +/- 5% based on a standard deviation of 30 measurements.

Electrical and Fluid Supply
The machine requires a 400V three-phase 50Hz or 480V three-phase 60Hz electrical supply. Fluid can be supplied via drums or a network.

Dimensions and Weight
The filling unit dimensions are 800mm x 1000mm x 2200mm, with a weight ranging from 450 to 500 kg. The storage unit dimensions are 1500mm x 1500mm x 4200mm, with a weight ranging from 750 to 800 kg.

Options and Additional Features
Optional features include a barcode reader and Ethernet connection for identification, as well as a printer and data storage on a memory card for traceability. Ergonomic features include a swinging arm for adaptor hose support and an anti-pulling system. The machine also offers a tightness test under air with a relative pressure sensor up to 6 bars, with an accuracy of 0.5%. Additional fluid treatment options include automatic drum switching and heating of stored oil.
