The AirPulseTM Spray Valve by Fishman Corporation is designed for efficient and precise fluid dispensing, particularly suitable for conformal coatings. Features
The ASV spray valve eliminates the need for masking circuit board components by providing a concentrated atomized spray pattern. It achieves a transfer efficiency of over 99%, enhancing material utilization.

Spare Parts and Accessories
Fishman offers spare parts kits and extended spray valves. Spray caps are available in flat (fan-shaped) and round (circular-shaped) patterns.

System Components
Each system includes a Spray Valve and a 7400 Valve Controller, which ensures precise fluid deposit control through a precision analog timing circuit. The controller can be activated by a foot pedal or a 5v signal.

Fluid Reservoirs
Tank reservoirs are available in 1 and 5 liters, with cartridge reservoirs ranging from 1 to 32 ounces.

Design and Operation
The valve features an adjustable stop to limit needle movement, ensuring controlled fluid flow. The air atomizing port and spray cap are available in flat or round patterns, allowing for versatile application.
